Peter has over 30 years of corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions experience, having worked at firms including J.P. Morgan, Bank of America, Lehman Brothers, and Montgomery Securities.
Peter is the author of “Structuring Mergers & Acquisitions: A Guide to Creating Shareholder Value.” He holds a BS from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from Columbia University.

Tony has a significant amount of experience in the wealth management space, having helped countless families and institutions create and preserve wealth across various market cycles since the early 90s. He’s a native of Kentucky and holds a BS from Centre College.
