Peter has over 30 years of corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions experience, having worked at firms including J.P. Morgan, Lehman Brothers, Bank of America and Montgomery Securities.  

Peter is the author of "Structuring Mergers & Acquisitions: A Guide to Creating Shareholder Value." He holds a BS from Washington & Lee University and his MBA from Columbia University.

Tony has over three decades of experience in the financial services industry, having most recently retired from Merrill Lynch after 30 years. During his career at Merrill Lynch,  he led multiple management businesses for the organization, most recently serving as the Executive of the Firm's National Community Market Strategy.

Tony has a significant amount of experience in wealth management, having helped countless families and institutions create and preserve wealth across various market cycles since the early 1990's. He is a native of Kentucky and holds a BS from Centre College.
